the bedroom

I decided against the stenciling because, holy crap, they were expensive. Instead I decided to print off some pictures I’ve taken and some others I favorited on flickr and bought some cheap frames. I’m thrifty, or cheap. Whichever. Anyway, a tour is in order, even though I’m STILL not finished.
When you walk into the room, the bed is the first thing you see:
Directly above the bed are the black frames (yeah, that’s my grandma with the afro):
The wall to the right has white frames that look dingy thanks to poor lighting:
The wall opposite my bed has vintage tin signs that I can’t bring myself to part with:
I’m sitting here as I type this. It’s also the most accurate representation of the wall color, which seems to vary from picture to picture:
And finally, this is the hot mess I have to the right of my desk. I don’t like oak.:

Your bedroom is gorgeous!!! Did you take all the pics on your wall in the 3rd pic? Ah, can’t wait to have an apt and decorate it how I like…
